Cruise to Bimmerfest thread started!

Reviving this thread. Due to limited time by some members and myself, there is a still a possibility to attend the Bimmerfest East 2011 but need to leave and be back the same day of Aug. 6 2011.

I am not confirmed for the day cruise. I need to see if I can do the drive...I tend to get tired fast during the last half of the leg on the way back from a long trip.

Hopefully I can do it.

Last 3 DAYS in counting for the first Bimmerfest East 2011. Please let me know if anybody is decided to go. The drive to Abardeen, MD will be 8 -9 hours drive
and no big preparation needed. Some important things that you need to take with you though.

1. Valid Passport
2. GPS
3. VHS radio
4. Of course money/credit card.

I drove so many times to Baltimore, MD which is 20 minutes away from Abardeen and it is not that bad.

My plan is to leave on Friday night at around 11 pm, Aug. 5, 2011 and drive back after the fest. If I can get at least couple of BMW enthusiasts I will go and if not I will just cancel it. And hopefully try it again next year.

If ever......place to meet will be at Kennedy Commons(401/kennedy) in front of Stabucks/Chapters Indigo at around 10 pm on Aug 5, 2011.

when is everyone from Toronto leaving? We have a few guys from Montreal leaving tomorrow morning, any way we can hook up on the way down? (no homo)

So far only two of us are up to this task and I'm hoping to get more BMW ENTHUSIASTS....we are leaving 11 pm Friday Aug. 5, 2011. Since you guys are going there early, maybe will meet at the hotel your staying and we all go to the fest after. The fest starts at 10 am, we will be there before 9 am. Are you guys staying in the same Hotel? Pls. advise...we can use your hotel address as our GPS destination.

Guys sorry but my plans have been so up and down, I'm just going to know Friday what I'm doing (makes it a lot more fun this way too). If by chance I am going I will PM you guys so we can meet up Fri night.

Miro I didn't know your on here! If we do go, I'm down for an Ihop...I went 3 times with that in mind last year and didn't do it once. Although we finally got a 5 guys burgers and fries and Chili's up here in Canada. The Chili's is no where the same.

About the Chili's, that's so true... Chili's is the absolute bomb in the US... every time I go to the states I have to go atleast once to chili's, I-hop and white castle (if I can find it)
