I think it's on the fair side...not bad but not a steal either. I'm not sure about keeping a 335 after the warranty period though

true that. maybe if it had 200k warranty id take it without it being third party

somewhere around 17~18k, this would be a good value for a project. do engine rebuild and slap new turbo set up in, still be around 30kish with all other goodies...
