Door sills e90

Hi , My son has scratched both his door sills and is away next month for 10 days , I would like to remove them and give them to the body shop to repaint , MY question is how easy to get them off ? they appear to have plastic screws underneath but how are they held on the top side between the doors

It may seam ott to remove them but I wanted to take the wheels off and send them to lepsons at the same time just to tidy the car up for the summer so it wont be able to go to the body shop with no wheels.

Your son scratched them or you scratched them and want to fix them before he gets back lol

I think there are also afew screws behind the arch liner.
