Anyone have access to a steamer or know of anyone with one? Need to take the tint off my car, tired of getting hassled...it's a sad day. Have been rolled for tint/no plates twice in 2.5 weeks

My warranty is almost out, with 42800 mi right now. Any suggestion for a reliable BMW shop for maintenance work after my warranty expires? Maybe a Chinese one? BTW, I have a rear bumper and couple side skirts from my car I want to sell, both are in good conditions with no scratches. Anyone interested PM me for pics. 2009 space gray 335i coupe.
