e30 mix question
Hey guys i want to try e 85 ofs cobb maps. The question is how much galons to mix if i want to get e30-e40 mix???

I'm running that same map, I usually get gas with about a quarter tank or so left I've found my car is happiest filling 5gal of e85 and 7gal of 93 little more than 30% e85 but the car runs awesome and the logs back it up

Another question: I ve got e85 far from the area i live,so i'm planning to store 100 galons in my garage. Is it allright to keep it in a steel or plastik tank???

Use a calculator to figure out the ethanol %. Don't just guess. Keep in mind that pump gas already has 10% ethanol in most places, so that factors in to the calculation.
With about 1 gallon of E30 left in my tank, I add 4 gallons of E85 and top off the rest of the tank with regular 91 octane. This works out to almost exactly 30% ethanol. Your results will vary based on how much fuel is in your tank, and the % of ethanol in that fuel. It's the reason you see so many different opinions on how much E85 to add. You really need to do your own calculation to get it right for your car/situation.
