2nd anniversary is coming....

My car's 2nd anniversary is coming in Sep.

Beside the annual oil change, what else should I need to do at the dealer?

I also plan to have the dealer to activate my 1.5 yr old alarm system (so most likely go to autohaus for everything)

How much will dealer charge for software update? (as I think it's kinda a must for activating the alarm, mine version is 27.0.0 I think as made in Sep 07 from the car label)

Do I really need to uninstall the alarm first to get them update the software?
