I got the 2009.1 DVD done but the CD player seems to have trouble playing CD tracks at times. Does anybody else see this issue? The navigation itself seems to be fine with the DVD.

I am downloading the torrent file, and I have a question. If the DVD doesn't work properly, can I revert to the old 2008 DVD without any glitches?

I was successful with that. The new DVD with 2009.1 does works for me but I put the 08 DVD back in for giggles it also works fine.

I have a 325 E92 coupe Navigation Professional

I just copied the files of a 2008-2 ORIGINAL NAVIGATION BMW DVD from a friend to my harddisk PC and then I burn the files to a DL Verbatim DVD using NERO and the slowest speed speed, 2.4X I think. The car doesn't recognize de disc and show the message "Insert Navigation DVD" I already did it several times ...

Can someone help?

I think the people having problem's are trying this on a pre-2007 BMW. I believe these maps only work on 07-08 beemers, and maybe 09's without the new I-Drive

If you still need a copy PM me.. I was able to burn this and worked at first attempt

Yeah that does look like mine. It's just confusing because if you go to Navteq site, and you pick a 2006 3-series, it will say the DVD is HIGH.

EDIT- Actually, you get HIGH version if you pick coupe, and you get PROFESSIONAL if you pick sedan. Confusing!!

Anyhow, it should work for yours then.
If you need a backup copy PM me. Please do buy the original if it works for you.

Need file for 2009.1 High on 05 330 E46

I have been looking every week for when the new 2009.1 map will be available for High. Still haven't had anyone seeding this file. Downloaded some which were not working.

Please ping me/email me if you can give me one. I am in zipcode 78660 TX.

Ok, so I downloaded the torrent from BigBoy (thanks dude!). It works, no problems at all in my 2006 325i . I used Imgburn, SL DVD+R from Memorex. However i don't see any real difference. I searched for Reagan drive, Inwood, WV and could not find it. I thought this was the newest Nav update, but i still cant find my friend's home in WV. Any ideas or is his subdivision to new ( it was built in 2006).

Oh the red light cameras are cool.

I just want any disc! I have had my car back in the states for over a year and I have not been able to bring myself to paying $200 for one (and I have no idea what a torrent even is) can anyone near 93455(cali central coast) help me out? I asked the dealership how much for a 2008 disc and its still almost $200

OK I am giving it a final try. The file downloaded is called an ISO file and here is what I found:

So I figured that copying the ISO file to a DVD wont work - which is what I did!! Its an image and I am trying to convert it back to its original. Keep my fingers crossed...

Finally it works!!! For those who tried without success, make sure you are not copying the single ISO file to a DVD!

After putting in the new DVD, its asking me to reboot so I turned off the engine and waited 5 mins. Then I turned it back on and it worked! The color scheme on the screen changed a little too!

Nav help

I'm having trouble with the burned 2009.1 Nav burned disc. I keep getting "insert nav disc". I own a pre 07 335, are there any issues with any other pre 07's?

I have burned a Verbatim DVDR DL and a Sony DVDR DL. I can mount the image of the disc and see 8files. The burned DVD's also have the same number of files as the mounted image.

Any help would be appreciated. Any SD people with my same issue? Thanks.
