Yes I have. It just seems pretty poorly designed. Arma speed makes a pretty good one for about half the price of gruppe m. I really want to put nice parts on this car. Dinan just looks so nice with that arm going into the abyss.

I'm all for genuine quality CF as you can see from my sig, but fuck Dinan dude.. even having whaled out for the CF front strut brace on bf, I could never get a CF intake for us. I've been more than pleased with my aFe stage 2 SI, and the new design of theirs seems perfectly airtight. Forget the cf for that 1 part, otherwise if its that big a deal then 2500k should be nbd for you. My .02

BQ was running the ECS intake with good results.

Now he has come up with an intake conversion from a 740 but to be honest, BMW intakes are pretty efficient and Intakes are more for looks than anything else.
You get more bang for your buck doing other things.

Looks good Kankels. Check for rust and remove it ASAP. I live in MI so if it was driven in the Winter at all, it might have rust.

if you find rust, remove, convert what remains with Corroseal and cover with POR-15 (clear or black).

Congrats, TiAg is a great color!

Thanks! Rusty rotors/hubs but haven't found anymore yet. Pretty clean considering it's a 2011

I found mine here in MI and it was in great shape. Lots of car enthusiasts here, hence being called the motor city P

Are you going to mod it?

I can imagine there's quite a few petrol heads there! I typically do mod (e46, F80, etc) but I think I may resist with this one, at least nothing major. I will put the 513m wheels on with rear spacers...who knows, I may end up doing a proper LSD, MHD tune, etc. Every time I say I'm staying stock it doesn't really go that way. Got tints yesterday and spacers on with the stock wheels yesterday.

anyone having issues with their DCT?

I have a little under 70k miles and mine is getting worse and worse everyday... the car feels super heavy, shift sometimes are very rough, and the other day I got a CEL on the highway. I pulled over and turned the car off, then drove ok.. Sometimes I think about getting rid of her and saving my self the headache

Fluid leak with my 2011 DCT IS at 43K miles. Brought it to dealer and they quoted $1200 to replace gasket. They determined the bottom pan was leaking. I said I'll think about it and decided to do it myself, which I did for A LOT less.

When starting the car fresh, it will lunch forward slightly while idling.

Other than above, no issues, yet!

Coils, injectors, it could be a lot of things. Really need codes.

I will try to duplicate the codes again and let you guys know.

When I was driving and shifted from 3rd to 4th, the RPM's stayed in the same or could have possibly even gone higher in the RPM range. Immediately the car felt like it was shaking and that's when I pulled and turned it off. I've just been driving like a grandma since, will keep you guys posted.

Did you pull the codes with a BMW scanner? Unless you cleared them, the code should still be stored from last time. Even an OBDII scanner should be able to get something.

The shaking sounds like a misfire.

Sounds like a misfire. You'll have a stored code if so. If you have any kind of tune, Cobb, MHD, JB4, etc. they can pull the code for you and help you nail it down.
