DVD audio on 2006 330i

Does any one know if the 06 330i can play dvd audio in the cd player?

No, it can't. Depending on when your car was manufactured and what level of Progman is in it, if you have iDrive the DVD player CAN play MP3 DVDs, giving you up to 4.7GB of audio in exchange for not being able to use the nav system while the audio CD is in it.

which means, my 335i should be able to do so in the DVD drive ?

Thanks Yobyot, that makes sense. I do have the Idrive and the car was made Jan of 2006. I will give it a try.
