Is this right on BMW's site

So I logged into my bmw owner's circle to check the specs on my 335i that's been ordered. I received the vehicle information sheet from my dealer but I wanted to make sure it matched what was on bmwusa.

When I clicked on review order details the only thing that showed up for factory order options were: Aluminum Trim and CA. Is this right?

I also ordered sport, premium, and ipod 6FL.

Sound right?

Don't trust the OC. Verify with your CA and also with the 800#, but give it a few days.

I got the same problem.. didn't show my premium package either.

OC is notoriously delayed and inconsistent. It's a shame really since they do a pretty good job on the other websites showcasing their cars. They probably don't allocate as many resources to it though since it's not a revenue generator while the "build your own" is.

The packages and the 6FL do not show up for anybody. I wish they would have spent as much effort on getting the data right as they spent on the "boom, boom" in the background and the fancy graphics.

The Vehicle Inquiry sheet from the dealer comes directly from the ordering system so it can be trusted.

Interesting -- for me everything EXCEPT 6FL shows up. Packages, interior leather/wood selections, etc. I assume 6FL doesn't show up b/c they haven't updated the LXT tables sitting behind the website to show the new options. So the order processing system is probably sending this "6FL" code to the website, but the website doesn't know what that is and so ignores it.

Everything else on my order has been around for a while, and has shown up consistently from the beginning. I changed my order a couple of times, and each time the change (except 6FL) showed up 2-3 days later.

So you have lines in the OC detail which say: Premium Package, Sport Package? I don't have either listed, but since Leather shows, I can infer the Premium package.

I do have HD Radio listed which was made available for order at the same time as the 6FL.

Yes I've got lines listing Premium Package, Cold Weather, Sport Pkg, Xenon, Light Poplar, Black Dakota, Premium Audio... But nothing showing 6FL. Interesting that HD radio is showing up for you -- there goes my theory about them updating the website tables.

as long as you have the build sheet you're golden. you can confirm with the 800# if you want, but no need to do it more than once. the owners circle is historically delayed and inaccurate.

The one difference about 6FL is that, while it was available for order at the same time the HD Radio was available, it didn't have a price for quite a while and the HD Radio had a price from day 1.

Neither my premium or sport pack show up . Not worried about it because I have a copy of the order which shows that they are on the order.

Then you read the threads about people's cars having the wrong color wood or leather and you panic just a little...

I called the 800 number and had them read the order back to me once and it was dead on, as I knew it would be, and that was the end of my paranoia.

I would wait a for a week after you placed the order, then call the 800 number and confirm everything.
