Think it was 389-390 but will have to check the graphs. I remember it dynoed 320 with just the miltek which was apparently a very good figure for a standard car with just an exhaust.

Cheers mate... you might have luck with traders.. I've had a few call up with good, decent offers, surprised me really. I think they'll add 1-2k on top and get it out the door quite easily.

Gotta sell mine first! Although Sag is a bit out my price range, all depends what car I can find once mine is gone! Still like the CSL's though to be honest.

I think a CSL overall is the more complete package.

If I can get out/as soon as I get out of the SLK I'm in this is where I'm going.
Nick Johnson Motor Company have a couple of very, very clean looking, low-mileage examples at about £30k. It's either CSL or M5 for me next. I want some proper power next time around. To the OP good luck with the sale and your hunt for a straight CSL

My first born possibly. Although I think the boss might notice after a few days.
I'll let you know once I try one. lol. Quote:
Like the M5 but it's just that SMG clunky gearbox in what looks like a grand tourer just doesn't seem right to me. Least get an M6 if your going that route. (I say this but have longed for one for a while, so just ignore that!) Thanks. It's minty fresh. |

Now sold - thanks all for the kind words!
Now I'm going to take it easy for a bit and wait it out until the right car comes along. Strangely had a lot of what seemed like very eager response over the weekend, but eventually got a deposit from one buyer. Picking up on Friday. Will be very sorry to see her leave... I keep questioning the decision every second but I have no doubt I will be back in one soon enough, albeit this time with a manual gearbox! |
