Nice numbers. Looks like the intake upgrade makes a big difference. My numbers are as follows

Stock: 175rwkw
Stage 1 sport: 202rwkw
Stage 1 aggressive: 212rwkw
Stage 2+ aggressive: 240rwkw
Stage 2+ (custom): 261rwkw

Seems like I have lower numbers then you, but then again there is so many factors with dyno, weather conditions etc.

What I am impressed by is the difference you got with the addition of the dci. I have read mixed reviews about using open intakes, with some people claiming they got lower numbers after installing dci. I have just left my stock air box and just put a bmc drop in, but now I might consider a dci

Also consider cleaning your valves if you haven't done so already, could potentially find another 10-15kw if you valves are badly clogged!

I'm at 296kw with FBO on E30 no tune.

I just recently flashed my car with a backend a few days ago and curious to see what figures I'll be reaching now

BTW my bolt ons are very similar to yours but with JB4, without tune or ethanol I was still hitting 268, shouldn't we have similar figures?

The DCIs work best at the very top end of the rpm hence the higher rwkw figure. However on the daily drive on the low end, I'm pretty sure I've lost a bit of power via the butt dyno due to significant heat soak.

Our n54s with two turbos run pretty damn hot.

Spot on. As I said before, the key here is seeing how things change on your car on the same dyno. For what it is worth, this was the progression of mine, with COBB AP OTS tunes, on the same dyno here in Canberra:

Stock: 185.7 kW
OTS Stage 1 ST Aggressive: ~220kW
OTS Stage 1 ST Aggressive FBO: ~240kW
OTS Stage 2 ST Aggressive FBO: 261.0kW

Just installed the ER IC and CP and my car pulled 254.4rwkw on the same Dyno (JSR) in Canberra.

DCT Cobb OTS Stage 1 + FMIC: 254.4rwkw

Hey that's great - the cooler weather atm will surely help too. Curious to know where Jake (the operator) and that dyno is now as they have moved since I had my car done.

Nice numbers mate! Hopefully you can tweak a bit more out with a custom tune! Good luck

Do you have your dyno chart by any chance?

The OTS maps are pretty good for generic tunes, but when you get a custom tune, it will smooth out some out the wiggly boost curves you have

I pulled 269kw on Advans Dyno completely Stock with only JB4, DCI and around a low E20-25 Mix... It was on Map 5 auto too.

Now with Upgraded Stage 2 LPFP, E50 Mix, DP, FMIC, CP, BOV, Backend Flash + Map 7 should be pulling around 310-320rwkw's... (Stock Turbos!) - This is at the max though.

The thing really, really hammers... One of the best sleepers!

Yeh, Chris has done a few 135i/ 335i's with varying levels of mods. I took it to him because his only one of a select few that do COBB custom tuning (others that do COBB custom tune in Melbourne are HPF and Revzone). He more so specialises in GTRs. Anyways I had a good experience with him, although he gets pretty busy so requires some lead time for bookings
