Alpine White E93 335i - Avant Garde M359 or VMR V701 Advan RS Style?
Like the title says, I need your help deciding on the best/hottest looking wheel for my 2008 Alpine White on Coral Red 335i cabriolet.
1. Avant Garde M359 Wheels Silver 18" Front Wheels Size : 18x8.5 ET35 Rear Wheels Size : 18x9.5 ET33 Finish : Hyper Silver http://www.**********s.com/Avant-Gar...-Black-BMW.htm OR 2. Velocity Motoring V701 Advan RS Style Wheel 18" Front Wheel Size : 18x8.5 ET35 Rear Wheel Size : 18x9.5 ET33 Finish : Gunmetal http://www.**********s.com/Velocity-...tyle-Wheel.htm Or 3. Other (name and post your suggestion) I will be lowering on Bilstein pss10 suspension. I'm looking for the most aggressive stance and wheel fitment possible for daily use, with no rubbing. Which spacers should I run with either set of wheels? I have new OEM bridgestone re050a RFT's to use. 225/40/18 fr - 255/35/18 r I'll most likely be adding M3 rep side skirts, and M3 rep front bumper shortly. I'd appreciate everyone's thoughts and oppinions - What would you do? Thanks in advance. Now here's the car! |

the 359 (or rep) is the best looking wheel on a 3 series hands downn. My second choice would be the alpina wheel, but that doesnt suit all body styles and colour combinations

Thank you so much for the wonderful post! That car of yours is gorgeous. I can't wait to do the M3 rep sides, and M3 rep front bumper. Which are your favourite rims out of all the ones you have had? |

These Alufelgen wheels are so concave I've caught myself opening the garage just to look at them The concavity on the front is like some competitors rears. The LM reps were cool but here in Ca they're on almost every bimmer on the road. Thanks for your compliment Last edited by LACSTER; 04-20-2012 at 12:13 AM.. |

I want to stick to 18" ... I wonder if the Alufelgen's come in 18's? That would be an option for me if they did.
Either way, I'm leaning towards the 18" Avant Garde M359. Thanks guys! |

Gotta say this post really helped :-)*
I have the exact same setup as ICandy, from looking @ The side By side pics, i've decieded that; 1- Side skirts are a must... 2- BBS are not my cup of tea ( no disrespect intended ) 3- Alufelgen SF-71 are pretty dam nice (probably my fav). I'm guessing the BMW center caps can be added? 4- 359 look great as well but they seem bit thiner, think I like the sf-71 better but the dam center caps keep throwing me off lol! 5- VMRs not too bad but not my favorite (think its the color that I'm not feeling) 6-Rear lip spoiler doesn't look bad at all on a cabrio..thought it would make the trunk too cluttered with the shark tail. I really don't like the after market look too much think it ruins a beautiful car so I like to keep it as OEM as possible. Lacster mad props to you bro really good taste, car looks super clean! Now about 19 vs 18 id say 19 but dam I just bought 4 new tires for my 18's and I'm sick of dropping cash on tires so that has me torn. Great freaking post :-) |

I see you're in Miami... I have a 2nd home near Sarasota (Siesta Key)... post some pictures of your car near the beach! lol I agree though, M3 replica side skirts are a must... I think I'm still leaning towards the Avant Gardes... and since you're in Miami, the roads must be nice and smooth, you could easily do 19's.... our roads in Toronto (ontario canada) suck... so I'm sticking to my 18's since the dealership gave me new Bridgestone 18" tires free of charge. |

Ah I see you dilemma with the 19 vs 18... Free new tires cant beat that lol! I spent some time looking at both rims last night and also decided on the Avant Gardes. Completely agree with BMWsky cant go wrong with any of these wheels all look real clean. BTW I took that picture in the keys recently. I have a beach house out there spend lots of time in the summer. Thanks for the reply cheers mate!

The Alufelgen SF-71 wheels are only available in the 19" fitments. If you're looking for a set of 18" wheels, my vote also goes to the AG M359!!
