HELP: Adding buttons to the heated seats panel?

I am looking to add an on/off button to the panel where the heated seats buttons are. I currently have only buttons for heated seats.

Is there a way to replace the blank panel and add custom buttons without replacing the whole module?

I saw these pics by a forum member (tlp) here on the forum and assume this is possible. Has anybody done this, or knows how to?
