BMW Good News Letter

Anyone else receive one? Anyone know what its about? I called the dealer and I think its just a sales thing but the guy reckons that its BMW who are offering some unbeatable deal.

I expect it's just an attempt to get you to move to a new car. Ford tried that a couple of times when I had the Focus. They kept trying to tempt me with a 1.8 Zetec, until I pointed out that I had the 2.0 Ghia and didn't want to take a step backwards.

I did have a letter after I'd had my E46 almost 3 years from a sales guy saying that as most people like to change after 3 years he was enclosing some details of various options and would call me about them later. The only trouble was that his letter was the only thing in the envelope and he didn't bother to call.

So what do you guys reckon - make an appointment with them or not? I would rather like a 335!! or the other option is a Z4 but the missus might not be too happy with that decision!
