I don't know if I would qualify it as horrible; it's average for a paste wax, about 4 weeks. Of course that doesn't compare to sealants like NXT (which has below average durabilty for a sealant, but still better than wax), but that's the trade-off of using a wax.

p21s is my favorite carnauba wax. i apply a sealant first, and then top it off with p21s for shine.

as said, you can also get s100 which is the same stuff but cheaper.

The P21S Paste Wax is awesome! Worked better than the Professional-Grade Cleaner Clay at getting crap off my wheels.

get the S100 at your local Harley Davidson dealer, it's way cheaper than the P21S, same stuff.

S100 packaged the same, looks the same, smells the same, but thats where it ends. Cost less and for that I wish it worked as well, but you'll need two applications to do the same thing P21S does with one. No contest. LOTS more water in the S100. You really notice the difference when the two bottles sit for awhile and the liquids separate. Totally different formulas.
