Looks like I'm in now fellas. I was gonna do PCD and wasn't sure about the date, but they are booked up solid till March 9th and I ain't waiten that long….. so I'll get the car earlier than expected and have no problem making it up there. Looking forward to it.

Yeah.. the only reason I wanted to postpone it a bit was that I just realized that I already have 3 other dyno day/weekends in the month of Feb. Having one each weekend is a bit much for me. Done it before and it takes quite a toll especially considering the size of some of the dyno tune events going on that month! If pushing it back a couple of weeks creates a ton of problems, I'll suck it up and still do it as scheduled. But if we can move it back a bit, i'd appreciate it

Just did the XEDE pre-order. Calvin said it would only charge 20% of the price now and rest will be billed later.

well, I have a BAD news...

According to Calvin, Shiv can only do 6 cars per day and 7 if he doesnt stop for lunch... lol

now, we have 9 people, so it means, we might have to cut 2~3 people, and move them to next day or next time.

I have no idea what to say..

I will check with AMS tuning, see if they can open for us on sunday for little extra charge...

and i will keep you updated.

I got an idea:

The significant time-consumer is the installation. Each car ends up taking 30 minutes by the time you pull off the plastic lower windshield shroud, ecu cover and wire up the computer. And I get slower the more tired I get. If we could do that the prior day or evening in someone's garage, that would be help things along in a big way. If we did all the installs the day before and then just the dyno tuning the next day, we could dyno test/tune 9 or 10 cars on that single dyno day. Just throwin' it out there...

I have a huge garage underneath my apartment...we could do that there...probably.

Could be doable.... the 2 main Q's are 1) Can we find a place on Friday to do it and 2) Can we get enough people there around Mid-day Friday to do it?

If we could get a majority of the people installed on Friday that may save us enough time to get all the dynos in on Sat.

How many people live right there around DC? I'm in NC, but I can take off that Friday and be there whenever.

I live locally and my boss gave me the for a Friday install (self employed!) If that's what it takes to get this done, I'll be there whenever I'm needed. Of course being #7 on the list I'll stand on my head if I have to! Does this move me higher up the list?

I do not have that much of room on my drive way, but I have long stratch, we could probably park all our cars along the road, and install car by car.
