Wheel Techniques in Santa Clara machined mine back to new. I can highly recommend them.

Talk to Jeff at Autofixed in Pleasanton. Tell him Eric with the white M3 sent you. They do a good job.

How much will I be expecting to pay?
I got something absurd like $400 for all 4wheels from a local wheel shop.
How long a wait?

A $100 for each wheel is about right. You may get it further down for the entire job. There's some work to be done: unmount each tire, mount the tire on the a lathe, machine each wheel, mount each tire. (Usually there's special person running the lathe). It may take around 3-4 hrs to do depending severity.

I had my front wheels done last year.

You should hold off and wait if possible. We'll be setting up a wheel repair/PDR day within a couple months hosted by us and wheeldude. We had one last year and it was a success. The famous Son Tran drove up for the weekend for the wheel repair and he's a lot cheaper than taking it to a shop in the bay. However, if you can't wait for that I've only heard good things about Rite Way wheel over in Walnut Creek.
