I e-mailed the seller, and he said same price for E90. $175.00. Bargain compared to AC Schnitzer So anyone own one of these? Seen one? etc... Got the picture from someone on E46fanatics.

you would consider putting that on your car
It just seems like you would be doing some advertising for another company... it provides no more function than the stock one... |

If does not do anything functional wise, however I am not feeling the faux metal of the stock shift knob with my silver carbon fiber interior. I was going to get the AC Schnitzer silver carbon fiber shift knob, but AC Schnitzer uses a 1 x 1 weave, whereas I have a 2 x 2 weave. So, I won't be spending $400 on a shift knob that doesn't match. Since there is a small selection for Steptronic shift knobs, my other thought is sending the stock knob to FiberDesign in California and have them wrap it in silver carbon fiber. But, I heard they take a while. I don't know what I want, but I know I don't want to keep the stock shift knob

I hate it, why would someone taint their e46 with that.
EDIT : Unless they were thinking they should complete the hartge overall look... (But who does that when you have ACS & RD) |
