WTB: UUC Corsa Exhaust
Edit: Disregard; I hear these drone a lot on e90s. I currently have a custom magnaflow that needs to go ASAP. I can't stand the drone anymore. Looking for a used Corsa. Let me know what you have. Thanks, Alex Last edited by akotten; 02-11-2012 at 02:21 AM.. |

Who told you Corsa / UUC exhaust drones on any car? They are the only company using technology to make that not happen. Everyone else is just using packing or restrictive baffles. I have Corsa and would recommend them to everyone.

I just see the original poster saying it does, but he modified all kinds of other things with the exhaust, and he seems to like it anyways ("Sound: Excellent. This thing is a beast."). Everyone else on that thread does too.
I have it on an E90 with no drone at all. Hopefully you'll get to hear one in person someday. I know Corsa tested this on a manual, auto, and XI, so they did thier work to make sure it was right. |

On a side note, I've decided to go with downpipes and stock catback for now. Last edited by akotten; 02-13-2012 at 03:06 PM.. |

My guess is you should be fine if you have both sets of cats still. I have downpipes now so...

I'm really curious what it sounds like....cause in all honesty, I really like the stock catback with downpipes.

Have it finally installed. No drone... Was expecting it to be louder on the inside. I haven't had time take a vid. Now correct me if I'm wrong but, since the muffler has no packing and it's pretty much straight thru, is there such thing as break in?
Nas, how is it with ur downpipes? Are they catted? How do you like the sound? feel free to post a vid, I'd love to know |
