V2's are about a year and a half old now.

V1's aren't prone to rattling but we had a batch of about 45 DP's that were a bit off due to an unwanted change in jigs.

With the dps on a friend's car we turned the long pipe as much as possible. If it's turned anymore the mid pipe won't line up at all. And it's still hitting. Also the top o2 sensor on the short pipe has to be put in before the pipe is clamped to the turbo. Its basically pinched there after installed. Sensor bung seems to be in the wrong spot. Could this be one of the 45 you were talking about? We are going to try this option as well and hope it doesn't stress anything to much. @tiago@vrsf

Get some proper fitting ones. They should center perfectly without touching anything.

Why not PM or e-mail us directly instead of bumping a thread that's no longer relevant to the current model downpipe we produce? I'd need order details to determine which version downpipes you have and if they're even our pipes. We had a guy on the forums selling counterfeit VRSF products for months.
