How do I remove these wire harnesses?

I am trying to hardwire my v1 and I removed the sunroof and dome light module. How do I remove the wire harnesses? Do I push that inner black clip down and pull hard? Trying not to break this thing.

Push the tabs with a flathead and pull. The small one at the end just pulls out.

Thanks that worked. Putting that stupid module back in is not easy and the aluminum frame it snaps into bends easily.
