May need Roommate in Oceanside soon

I have an offer on a house, I'm hoping all goes well.

Once I get in I will be looking for a roommate. Renter will have their own bedroom (of course!) primary use of a bathroom (House will have 2 Bathrooms). I'm debating to Garage usage plans. With basic rent garage will be available for work, but not primary parking. For an Additional cost (I'm thinking $200) 1 garage space would be available.

As I haven't finalized anything on this, I cannot commit to anything on my side yet. Just trying to get an idea if anyone is interested.

Trying to see if there is any interest? I'm in the final stages of offer process, looking good, fingers are crossed that I get it. If not, I keep looking, but I'm still looking for a 3 bed 2 bath, with garage, so will still be trying to find a roommate once I find a house!
