I'm in! I just purchased an '06 E90 325i w/18k miles for $23k - how did I do?
Hi All!
Being a former Mini Cooper S JCW owner, I have been lurking here for a while before buying and now that I've purchased, I've joined the forums and am glad to be a part of the community. I was reading through a particular post on the classifieds and it had be concerned I didn't get as good a deal as I thought I did. I paid near $23k for this car: http://www.motorwerksbmw.com/Pre-Own...oryId=12086259 Did I do OK? Could I have done better? If so, how? They would let me out of the transaction if need be. I had a 335i with only 13k miles for $32,750 lined up (posted in the classifieds for someone else to benefit from my negotiations), but I am not in a position to stretch the budget that far yet. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! Last edited by b8b; 02-14-2008 at 11:09 AM.. |

Well, at least approval on the price/deal - I can back out of the deal in the next day or two, no hard feelings, so I want to be sure. I would prefer a pre-modded one (body mods, just for looks) or a 335i, but I am not affording myself this right now (I have two young boys, private school bills, etc. - they are more of a priority, though I figure I can pretend I'm in a 335i, lolz). Any advice on inexpensive/affordable additions that will dramatically improve the look? Thanks! Sorry, I thought the URL would show enough, but you're right, I should have included them HERE: |

heh, yeah, the color sucks, but the DW likes it, so maybe it will be hers when I choose to afford myself a 335
Should I do normal tint or mirror-tint? I like the style 162 wheels, but they seem hard to buy, lots of competition on these forums for them... |

The color combo is the classic BMW combo. Its a must for some old BMW owners to have this combo.
