So I was looking around and I was wondering has anyone dealt with this brand called LionHart

http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...d=171333291471" rel="ugc" target="_blank">http://<a href="http://pages.ebay.co...1333291471</a>

Or the brand called ACHILLES ATR SPORT
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...d=251800833919" rel="ugc" target="_blank">http://<a href="http://pages.ebay.co...1800833919</a>

Or Kenda Kaiser KR20
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...d=141534687613

Which ones would you go with if you are on a Budget, because the PSS are kind of out of my budget cause I have to do some Maintenance on my car and I need tires because one blew.

If PSS are out of your budget I'd suggest Bridgestone S04 or a brand someone has actually heard of. Go to tirerack.com and sort by price lowest to highest and pick one with a good rating if you're more concerned with price.

I would get used hankooks v12's with over %75 treads instead of unnamed cheap tires. I am sure you can find a set here about $400..

Well get the Chinese tires then, you obviously don't care about yours or anyone else's safety on the road.

Tires don't just POP either. Something had to cause it that wasn't the tires fault.

I do care about the safety of others, and I don't know what caused it cause I was driving under the speed limit when it popped.

Really? I've been looking at their tires and love the designs they have on them. Can you send me a link on where to order these I tried a few sites nothing.

If your on a budget why not check out the DW's. Not as good as michelins imo but still a solid tire and a lot cheaper.

Or maybe check out a local tire shop. A lot of people get factory tires on their cars then immediately switch. Ask them if they have any slightly used tires they'd be willing to sell you.

The OP stated the PSS tires are out of his budget in the first post.

Understood, I read it . They qualified the statement with "kind of" which means hesitant to completely rule it out ("...because the PSS are kind of out of my budget..."). Some things you just don't skimp on, like tires, or you regret it.
