I've done a number of exterior window trim installs-no worries fellas. I think I've done every major DIY listed on this forum lol. I also have about 30yds of matte black vinyl at my house, so we should also be covered there as well!

Also, we need to get a list going for curb rash repair. I'm going to contact George from JA Wheel Repair tomorrow and going to find out if I can book him for the day of the meet. As soon as I find prices and such, i'll be sure to post them as well.

I may make the trip over for this as well, sound like fun and I would be interested in a V1 hard wire. I too have also done curbrash repair on polished lip rims and have the repair kit in the garage. It is a lot easier than painted rims for sure!

I talked to my guy. He said he can bring out his tools and do door dings for $50 a panel. 2 dings on the door, $50, got one on the fender or hood, $50 each, but, if the panel is really banged up, he may have to see it to give you a price.

I am not trying to sell something, just offering to make it available for people who may need his services(at a deeply discounted rate).

I will bring the E92 if the weather is nice, but if not, it will stay in the garage.

I think we should take all the info we've gathered, confirm the availability of the meeting place with fluid motor union, then make a new thread with all the details and promote the SHIT out of it on here with a new thread "2009 MidWest Meet sponsored by WindyCityE90 and Fluid Motor Union" then we can also create lists of what we are doing for installs and other services we might be able to get or provide.

the only thing that sucks is that I might be driving an E46 when the meet comes around.

Sounds good. We might also want to establish a rain-out date on the 5th or 11th if possible.

Okey, I just got off the phone with George from JA Wheel Repair. I booked him for our event April 4th. He said that he normally charges $75 a rim, however, if he can get atleast 10 wheels, then the price drops to $60 a rim!!! He CAN NOT repair curb rash on CHROME rims though. That sounds like a steal to me guys. He also told me that he can straighten rims, back at his shop of course, so not on location, for $100 per rim. I'm going to start the list again...

not needed if the shop confirms us as their guest, they have a large garage we can work in and some facilities inside for us to eat/hang out in
