Drove in and around Moscow, St. petersburg aswell as down through Estonia, Latvia through Poland.

Moscow at the beginning of rush hour.. O my friggin god. I saw 4 crashes in 5-6 miles, one overturned bigrig and one roadrage. I thanked higher powers we where in a rangerover, blacked out. People gave us some extra space.

Even though my 328i has 16" wheels and the standard suspension, I still drive under 25 mph on many downtown Baltimore streets, due to the potholes. But most folks seem to manage 65 or better on the Beltway.

And DC has always been bad, mainly due to over population, potholes, poorly signed roads and so many out of state vehicles - especially those SUVs with MA tags (and I don't mean Maine!).

I haven't driven in the Toronto area in over 25 years, but the Maritimes are generally great, albeit with many local roads sorely in need of maintenance.

*always be in a rush. no matter where you are going (gym, bar, late night BJ, weekend stay at Club Fed) always make sure to give yourself as little time as possible to get there and drive like an absolute dickhead (even if you have a vagina)

Definitely Toronto.. people don't know how to drive around here at all. A light dusting of snow should not mean driving half the speed limit. I think making winter tires mandatory would help a lot.

Edit: And now I've jinxed it, it's snowing and Google Maps says all hell has broken loose out there. I'll be leaving the office right after my next meeting, way earlier than rush hour, and will still be caught in a mess of traffic.

I'd vote for Charleston, SC. Its a deadly mix of laid back southerners, year-round tourists and the huge amount of Northerners that keep moving down here.
