Legal Euro License in FL???

Hey everyone,

Saw an awesome European license plate on a 335d in Miami over the weekend, and I was wondering a couple of things:

1. Is it legal?

2. Where the hell can I get one ASAP!!!

I want to apologize in advance to the owner of the car for posting his license plate without his authorization.

Here it is:

Summary of what I read on another forum: Basically it's technically the same as putting a piece of paper back there when you lose your tag. One person commented saying that the cops don't really care. Another said they did it and got pulled over but the cops were able to run tag so they didn't ask him to take them down....

As far as it being 100% legal. I doubt it. I guess just keep the original tag in trunk.

you can buy it here:

The 335d has been available in the US for a while now. The first model year available in the US was 2009 I believe.

It wasn't right hand drive.

Interesting.

Not something I'd do, but I like it. To me personally, it would just be a reason to pull me over. And then the plate may be legal/acceptable, my dark tint would get me a ticket...

^^ exactly....i love the idea and definitely stands out, but that would just give cops a reason to look at ur car and find something illegal with it
