Do I need an Alignment - Alignment Sheet is attatched

I dont notice any issues while driving, are any of the specs way out of whack? The sheet says I dont have active steering, but I actually do. When I told the service place that, they said oh well the price goes up another $100 for the alignment. I'm not sure if I really need it though.

The only thing that ACTUALLY looks out is the driver rear toe. But those specs are bs. Whoever checked your alignment didn't level the rack, thats why your camber shows it is way off. Have a shop that actually knows what they are doing give this another shot...
