I have an issue with these coils to the back is extremely bouncy and the adjustment knob on the top of the shock just keeps spinning until they come out (both sides driver & pass) unlike the front that clicks... Is there a problem withthe shocks because this came out of no where

That is definitely an issue. I've never had an issue on my setup since I installed them and adjusted the knobs for the track and everything. I also have JIC coilovers on a 370Z also. Definitely call the dealer that you ordered them from, if it was us and we can help you to figure it. It would be faster calling JIC. As long youre under warranty still, and youre fine.

My spring rates are 450# front and 674# rear.

You have to remember that dampening plays a big part in how the car rides and handles. My car pulls over 1g on the track with street tires (1.07g left and 1.06g right). Oh, and my wife doesn't complain about the ride at all.

I was thinking of running 400/800 w Swift springs/AST dampers i am doing all the M3 suspension pieces front and rear including sways, rear subframe bushings as well as an OS Giken LSD?

What do you think for ride on the street?

The set-up sounds good, but the ride is going to depend on the shock damping.
PM Orb. He's a suspension guru.
