Your stock struts are most certainly toast. Useful life is somewhere between 25k and 50k on macpherson struts.

Do NOT put lowering springs on them. If you think it rides bad now, you'll be riding on pure heated dogshit.

If the car feels uncontrollable then int's most likely bushings/ball joints. Definitely do not put lowering springs on old shocks it will end whatever little life you have in these 94K shocks. One of my rear shocks started leaking at about 100K so I replaced all 4.

I plan on going with Coilovers. Hopefully that helps the drivability. Just waiting on winter to be over.

Haha nah I'm not a fan of lowering springs. Gonna go with coilovers
