Looking to sell my 2009 335D E92 M Sport

Hi guys,

I'm thinking about selling my 2009 335D M Sport Coupe as I'm hardly using it here in Sydney. I brought it here with me from the UK as a personal import.

It's got 9 months rego remaining and finished in Le Mans Blue with black Dakota Leather. Also has the following factory upgrades:
Navigation System Professional
Loudspeaker System (10 speaker)
Voice control
Bluetooth with Telematics
Heated And electric front seats
19" 225M Alloys
Electric folding and auto dim mirrors
Sun protection privacy glass
USB audio interface

And of course a full BMW service history and the 3.0 twin turbo diesel unit with 580nm of torque as standard

Let me know if you or anyone you know may be interested. PM for further details...

Ta!

No price listed? Would expect that as the bear minimum.

Thanks BMJ

I'm looking for around $57,000 for it. It is in excellent condition and fully loaded. It's giving me around 750 - 800km per tank at the mo so very efficient too.

Here are a few pics.

She looks like a very nice example of a tidy E92, G/L with the sale mate

Can someone tell me why the 335d gets a dipstick, yet us 335i owners dont!?!? Call me old fashion, but I would love to have a dipstick in addition to the electronic oil level check (which is very convenient)

Just wondering, being a 2009 335d,shouldn't it have the 7spd DCT as opposed to the 6spd Steptronic your car seems to have.
Or does the 7spd DCT only come with the 335i petrol version? Not sure.
Maybe someone can clarify.

Hi mate,

I asked BMW about this as well as them releasing a manual version of the 335D. They said 2 reasons.

1) the BMW DCT can't handle the torque of the 335D engine.

2) competition against the M3.

Not sure how true either of these are but this is what I got.

Wow...

You must have one of the very few 335d in Australia. I was very keen on this engine for the e90 at the time when I brought my 330d. It is a superior engine to my single turbo diesel with less lag down low and more power up high.

Good luck with sell.

Oh yesss!

You can get full ECU remaps or even plug and play chips that can get you up to 700nm of torque!!!

Are they really?
I have basically the same motor in the x5 and I can't easily find a reliable tune.
Not like the n54.

Hi Swazza, you say it will be hard to sell as it's an import - do you think your 'half-price' rule would apply for such an unusual car in Australia?
