Yes both are they are. I ordered new coils and tbey should be getting here this week...maybe Monday. So I'll get them on next weekend at the latest.....so I should be able to mail these out in less then two weeks...

how well do the fsds work with h&r ? keep reading that its not a good combo.. i have h&r already.. debating shocks or just go coilover since install prices is pretty similar either way

i just picked up this same set combo, but i've been hearing the spring rate isn't right for the FSDs and causes a harsh bouncy/jittery ride. what was your experience with this combo?

I think you may be correct. The FSD's are made to handle the spring rates for OEM non-sport and ZSP springs. The H&R springs would be better off suited with Koni Yellows.

If you decide to part with the FSD's, let me know. I need a set real soon. Thanks!

You know...I think you may be better off talking to the few guys on this forum that have this combo. They all told me they love it.

It wasn't a bad ride. But I just went through hell with my coilover setup. And I just went back to stock.
