Spark plug service interval

How often do you change your spark plugs on a standard 335i?

What is the recommended interval? and do you guys follow it or do you wait for misfires?

And what about a remapped 335i (stage 1 i.e just remap no bolt on mods)? how often?

Many thanks.

Factory spec is 47,000 miles on the N54. Anything that increases boost - Performance Package, 'is' model, piggyback or flash tune, decrease the interval to anywhere from 15,000 to 25,000 miles depending on how aggressive your tune is and how hard you drive.
