BMS CAN TOOL not working?

I have the BMS CAN Tool and have never used it before but bought it to clear codes (if any) from my burger tuning stage 1 tune for a 2012 F30 335.

I plug in the cable into the car and push the single button on the CAN TOOL and nothing happens?

I read this and expected the speedo and blinkers to come on and give me signals so I could use the tool but nothing happens.

Please help as I have a dealer appointment tomorrow morning and may try and cancel if I can't be sure codes have cleared tonight.

Answer received from Terry at burger on a Sunday afternoon! Great service.

Short answer is on F30 there is no dash feedback. You just plug it in and push button and leave it for a few minutes.

Also my green light on the inside of the tool was blinking not solid and he said that is normal.
