$97k is over the top for an auction purchase. If that was the hammer price, don't forget the buyer has to pay a buyers advantage fee which I think is 10% (not 100% sure but there is a fee on top). $500 is the buyer fee, but manheim add all sorts of BS fee's to jack the price, such as administration, $77 title checks, etc.

Yeap, stamp duty will be a killer, but hey, its a M.

Warranty is 100% valid, just because it goes through an auction does not cancel it. I've bought from there before and had warranty claims through Brisbane BMW without any issues.

I agree about the price, too dear for an auction.

It's actually 2.5% or a min of $450 so.... All in all..... Not a great buy
