Are there tuner codes rev2 can't read?

As far as anyone knows, are there hidden/shadow tuner codes that do not appear through the rev2 code reading feature?

I read a fuel pump related code from the rev2 canbus and want to take the car into the dealer for a replacement (proceed uninstalled of course), but don't want to do the code clearing, to preserve the fuel pump code. Just want to make sure I won't encounter any warranty denial surprises.

Thanks!

The Rev.2 will read and display all the hidden/shadow codes that are currently in your DME. So if all you have is a fuel pump code, that's all you have.

Shiv,
I read the codes 11313, 11372 from the DME. Did not find these codes on your list. Do you know what are these?

Thanks.

If they aren't on the list, you can just do a search on this forum. But first you need to concert the code from decimal (as displayed in the PROcede software) to hexadecimal form (as in BMW speak). You can do that easily by going to a site like this:

http://www.permadi.com/tutorial/numConvJs/index.html

So 11313 converts to 2C31
And 11372 converts to 2C6C

A forum search reveals...

2C31 is a front o2 sensor code. Sounds like a bad or flaky sensor. Not too uncommon on cars that downpipes installed recently. Often the o2 sensor is over-torqued and ends up getting damaged. Or it could be a wiring issue from a wire-in o2 sim (although unlikely given your rev.2 software-based o2 sim).

I couldn't find 2C6C on this forum. Are you sure you got that number right?

Thanks for the info. Not sure about the second code. Have to see it if appears again. I clear all the codes 2 days ago. So far it has not appear.

The second code is numerically pretty close to the first so it's likely that they are related (front o2 sensor).
