Mine is leaking too - just out of the blue. Noticed a couple drops underneath the front of the car several days ago, initially thought it was an oil leak from the engine. Brought the car to the dealer today, came back saying it was actually the front diff that was leaking and it would take several weeks for the part to arrive since they are back-ordered.

Car is bone stock (well, aside from winter tires), 15,000 km (approx 9,300 mi), moderate driving style (lifetime averaging 10.3L/100km).

They are backordered for front-diffs. Not sure if that is a good sign for x-Drive owners. Is this the next fuel pump?
