I'm running 19x8.5 front with 235 tires and 12mm spacers, and 19x9.5 rear with 265 tires and 15mm spacers. LCI e92 msport with stock suspension and I only rub in the rear (slightly) if I go over a huge bump while traveling fast.

I have the same car and wheels.

I have 12mm front and 18 mm rear, wish I went larger.

The only run I get is if I go over a speed bump too quickly, or hit a pothole at speed.

I know this doesn't really address or help with the spacer question/issue, though from a guy who's had a lot of different spacer setup I'd say your time and money would be better put towards buying wheels with the correct offsets for your application.

By the time you start hitting a 20mm spacer ideally you'd want to start looking at adapter style like H&R DRA spacers rather than bolt-through style (in my opinion), and if you're in for two pairs of those it's starting to become a significant chunk of a set of new wheels.

If the cost of new wheels isn't viable financially then figure out what offsets you want in the long run and keep an eye on the classifieds, tons of great deals on people's used wheels.

No not anymore I dont, I want to cut the rear fenders on the inside to make some more space, when i inspect the rub area, its only just touching the rim of the tyre, and the part thats touching is on the inside of the fender

Mine were rolled like this as well, anmd in the exact same spot, not all the way around.

Its not an MSport thing is it?

I had a body shop try and roll them even further, they got another 1-2mm out of it, which decreased my rubbing by about 60%

I think the next step is to get someone to do some cutting, theres a lot of fatness in there

Installed my 12mm spacers all around today and i'm happy with them. No rubbing at all in the rear and it rubbed a bit when turning the wheel and reversing but if I go slow, no rubbing. Haven't had anyone in the backseat yet so we will see.

I run 15fr with no issues could probably run a 18
in the back i run 18 and it rubs slightly...for no rub 15 would be ideal

i drive a 335is with the 19" 313's and stock rfts 225 and 255
that should be identical to your setup
and this was ran on the sport suspension with H&R sport springs

imo an 18 and 20mm spacer would be perfect with a rear fender roll

also camber comes into play alot, but the above was ran after being aligned at bmw

Do you rub with a a car full of people? I have the 225M 19's and 235 and 265 regular tires. Maybe because I have slightly wider tires I rub in the front a bit. I'm lowered on Eibach Prokits. Still, i'm surprised you could go that wide. Now i'm wondering if I should have went wider

well im not familiar with the offsets of the 225's, but you also have to take into account your running wider tires so that will limit the size of the spacer as well

I had 3 people in my car the other day. The rubbing in the rear was extreme.

19 inch 313 wheels with 265 tyres and 18mm spacers, fenders rolled as must as possible.

I have 313s with 10s in the rear but I can def fit a 12mm with no issue, contemplating looking for one...
Same spec wheel and tires, I am low but not slammed and no fender work done.
