Incentives when picking up the car

So today I got a call from the dealership that my car will be ready to be picked up next week. So I asked the SA if I will get the rebates and incentives for July if they are indeed better than the ones when I signed the agreement, he said no. Why is that? Is he lying to me?

Well, you need to find out if the July incentives are better. I think if the delivery is in July, then that is the sale date therefore July incentives apply.

When I bought mine, I was told if BMW Canada was running a better incentive when I took delivery, then I would get that.

Same here. I ordered my car so it took about 2.5 months to arrive, but I was told if the incentives improved by the time I took delivery they would honor the new incentives, or if not keep the existing incentives.
