E92 M-Tech Rear - how much out the door?
For those of you who've done the swap to M-Tech, how much money out the door should I budget for a good deal on the bumper (cover and diffuser), but a quality paint job for BSM? Is there any additional hardware under the bumper cover that needs to be tweaked also?
Is there a "Tischer of the North" who typically has the lowest price on these things? Not going to ask about bodyshops... |

You can go with our aftermarket version that is better priced than the OE setup. We don't offer prepainting for this bumper but drop me a PM and I can help with pricing.

I've been wanting to do this for a year, but man, the price is holding me back as well. The aftermarket ones from JLevi and **********s are cheaper, but paying for the paint + duties/taxes + installation would still set the total cost to over a thousand dollars.

I lucked out, but managed to get a good deal on an OEM mtech rear bumper for $512, plus $300 for a really good paint job, and $240 for a CF quad diffuser. Did the installation myself. That's still barely over $1,000 though, so be prepared...

The vorsteiner add-on is still pretty pricey. with paint, I wouldn't be surprised if you have to pay close to $1000.

heres a few of both the front lip and rear diffuser. They are both matching 1X1 weaves.

Love how that rear looks! If it didn't cost as much as a new bumper I would be all over it... maybe in summertime I'll dish out the cash for one.
