We're absolutely open to trying to fit the exhaust to a 335xi, but from the pictrure you linked me to it just doesn't look like it'll work. So if anyone in the Maryland area wants to give it a shot they're welcome to arrange a time with us for a test fittment.
Yeah thanks for the reply...from your pics and video, I hope someone will show you their E93 335i and let you put it on a lift to see first hand if the exhaust 2nd part can fit under the crossbar...It looks like it can be possible but maybe tight ( Or might need to be heated up to bend it a drop if anything) If you are ever in New York, Manhattan area please PM me....The price of your system and the quality of your product shows itself and I really want it bad....Can you somehow customize the 2nd pc for me if you do get a chance to see a E93 up close....I know for sure the first and third section is identical to the E92...My back end needs a CP-E exhaust!!! Look how good the back of the car can look with your exhaust!!!

Jordan,

You have PM, please call me when you get a chance. Consider that last one sold and thanks to BoostedBMW for giving me candid opinions on the exhaust.

Hope to join the CP-E family soon.

Damn I was this close to buying it and modifying the 2nd part of the exhaust...In fact Jordan when you get the new ones please PM me...screw it, I will make my exhaust installer fabricate something for the 2nd part....I know the first and third part of the exhaust will fit because its identical to the E92 as far as the front and rear of the setup...difference is the 2nd part because of the crossbar!!! Keep me posted..

Hey, thanks a lot Cheu!! I'm so happy to hear that you're pelased with the quality of the system. Hopefully you'll enjoy the exhaust note equally as much

We're absolutely going to produce another round of catbacks, and we'd be so appreciative if you'd talk with people about our exhaust system. We more or less let our customers do our advertising for us, so if you're happy with the catback please do spread the word!

Hey Jordan can you please call me on my cell when you get a chance...The exhaust came in with two right mufflers!!! I had to make my installer totally customize the installation which cost me alot more....I love the exhaust and didn't want to hassle to return and back and forth, plus I recalled you saying it was the last one and I had to wait, which I didn't want to....Overall I love the exhaust and its pretty awesome!! The sound of the exhaust, does sound exotic and your right there is not drone whatsover...Its looks awesome on the car...I had to remove the crossbar totally and couldn't put it back on, and I think anyone that wants a exhaust on a E93 will have to do away with it also...There is very, very little clearance under there and to make it fit, the pipe would have to be bent so much that it would defeat the purpose of a open exhaust without bends that inhibit flow of exhaust...But again I am a very happy customer, but I am a little ticked off that the exhaust mufflers came in with both right side mufflers...Please call me when u get a chance...I have one tailpipe that has your logo showing and the other one had to be reversed with logo facing down because i had to customize it to make it fit the left side...

Cheu

One note from what people are saying as far as the exhaust expanding when its hot...It sure does...I set it up fot be about a half inch to maybe close to a inch, after the exhaust heats up, it indeed expands outward as much a inch and quarter from the tailpipe...My setup of the tailpipes were to stick out a little more than stock when cold, but let me tell you when it heat up it comes out definately more than cold for sure about quarter of inch!!

Thanks for posting the pics Cheu! Many folks were really curious to see how the corrected x-pipe fits, and I think the pictures you snapped perfectly illustrate the fittment in the rear. I'm also so happy to hear that you're enjoying the sound!!

Now if we only sent you the correct mufflers . So glad you were able to work things out anyway, and I hope the exhaust treats you well!

If you need anything at all Cheu don't hesitate to give me a call at the shop 301-576-6142.

I have to say that the exhaust is one of the best mods I have done to car...Its such a pleasure to drive the car....I would recommend this exhaust to anyone that wants a exhaust and not worry about droning, which was my biggest concern...As promised by Jordan, this thing absolutely doesn't drone on my car and there is no annoying vibrations that I heard other exhaust do...Asthetically the tips from the exhaust gives it a very mean and sleek look to the rear...It shows performance as well as elegance...Performance wise I feel there is a difference also, but I have no dyno to prove it but my rear as a Dyno...It feels quicker for sure especially at WOT.....The only major concern of mine is on a cold start, the engine ROARS while it warms up (might wake up neigbors!!)...Its pretty impressive when you start the car up in the morning thats for sure, but once its warm its a nice mild throaty music to my ears...The CP-E exhaust is the best bang for the money for a catback system compared to other companies out there that offer the same thing!!!
I will try to get some audio and video for you potential OP interested in this exhaust...

I'm glad to hear that you like the exhaust.

I still need to finish recording some WOT runs. I have had this half edited video on my computer since the first week I had the exhaust.

Its been a week since the CP-E exhaust installation and the car feels significantly faster everyday ..I guess the V2 needed to adapt to the better flowing exhaust thus yielding more power each day until its fully adapted....Its for sure faster than with the stock exhaust...I guess the better flow of and the reduced weight about 45-50 pounds I shedded on exhaust and the crossbar, which I had to delete it to fit the sytem in, both makes a difference as far as performance wise...

Thanks.
