It's a lot easier to get a good deal on one if you're willing to drive a little bit to pick it up.
I got mine for $650 in damn near new condition - just had to go get it.

Check out ebay fellas, i saw them selling new for $920 shipped for e90 and $950 shipped for e92 i believe the seller was bmwofelcajon . Best price ive seen yet, i was going to order but got a deal on one local.
