Feeler 2011 E92 335 M Sport

Hello all -
Thinking about selling my e92 and wanted to get your thoughts on a fair price, etc. 2011 335i, 38,XXX miles with the following:

Black Sapphire Metallic
Black interior with Glacier Silver trim
Rear sunshade
NAV
PDC
HarmanKardon
Auto with TCU flash
ETS 5" FMIC
ER Chargepipe
JB4 with Bluetooth Connectivity
Michelin PSS - new
Spare tire kit with jack
Bilstein B12
M3/TRW front control arms and rear guide rods
Whiteline subframe inserts
BMW perf exhaust

Serivce, etc:
New battery
New brakes
Recent oil change
Transmission/differential fluid service at 30,000 - just because

Great car, but it just doesn't get driven. Wanted to get thoughts on a fair price...Have all stock parts too.
