Is this a good ED deal? (Update)

$34,910 - 335i coupe (AW, Aluminum, 6-speed)
$2,320 – Premium Pkg
$1,000 – Sports Pkg
$455 – Heated Seats
$500 – Tint

*$1,225 – (Destination $775, Training $380, Advertising $95) (Forgot how everything besides Destination was broken down.)

Total so far = $40,410…

But then they say that’s ED invoice, so they add on $1,500, for a grand total of $41,740 (Which comes out to about $45,512 after tax, title, license, etc...)

Not quite sure what to do from here, or if it’s even a good deal… please help!?!

God, please tell me I'm not the only one who thinks Viagra or Cialis when someone refers to European Delivery as ED in their thread title!

No it is not a good deal

Training fee is only $180.00
Advertising Fee is BS

You can easily get this car for ED invoice +1000. So over all the total will be $700 less or so.

Also, I would not let the dealer tint the windows.

Advertising fee doesn not apply to ED. i don't think training does, either. $1000 over invoice would be a good deal. Go to one of the board sponsors, they'll take care of you.

Ok... well, I'm gonna go back to this dealer and say $1k over invoice cause I like the guy and all, and would like to do business with him.

But with board sponsors, are there any in the NY/ Long Island area, and if not.... where would I have it serviced if I buy out of state? (Kinda a dumb question.)

The price of the car should be $40,460.00 without tax. My suggestion is tint the windows on your own. It will run you $200.00. Anyway I did my ED with Andy from Life Quality in Brookln and he has done another 5 ED's that IVe sent him since December. Where in Long Island do you live and I hope your not using Hassel for your ED. They will not budge. They lost a total of 6 sales to Andy because of their stubborness. Lifes # is 718-759-5940. IF you cann him tell him Aaron sent you. Whenever you need your car serviced you can call them up and they will come to you with a loaner. Or you can call up Hassel and lie to the girls like I do and tell them you bought the car from them in order to get the loaner.

Tell Andy Aaron said not to jerk you around otherwise his brother in law and sisters boyfriend wont order their ED's from him next month. Im paying $467.00 per month with a total of $4k out of pocket (tax, cap cost, first payment, bank fee, no security deposit cause I had a bmw, registration). I know putting a cap cost reduction isnt wise but my company gives me $3k towards my cars everytime I lease so I might as well put that $3K down plus my own $1K to lower my monthly payment. If I didnt put a cap cost reduction down my payment would of been $575.00 per month for 24 months with 12k miles a year.

Ahh ok, so the free maintenance is provided by any BMW service station, but the loaners and all that are part of the dealership? Well, I'm probably gonna talk to my sales guy again on Thurs or Friday since we bought from him in the past, and he's a good guy....(Rallye BMW btw) but if all doesn't go well, I'll definitly call Andy.

Well you can do what I do. I live in Bellmore and I service my car at Hassel since its only 2 miles away. But when I ask for a loaner and the girls ask where i purchased my vehicle I tell them Hassel and they dont ask questions. Once your in their system you can get a car everytime you call and let them know you bought the car from them. They are one of the few dealerships that dont check. So you can try andy and service the car at Hassel

Plus Andy is very laid back. He does look like the prime minister of North Korea and wears the same big glasses but I still think he is great. Right now he is putting pricing together for my brother in law and my sisters boyfriend for ED. Give him a call and tell him Aaron sent you. He will give you pricing over the phone. 718-759-5940. If I can get another 30 people to buys cars from them maybe I will get a car for free.

How does the dot matrix look? Not too many places can make it look perfect...

From a dealer that's really not bad. There's a place near us that does high quality work and they're charging $425 for an E90.

Irv i did my ED in November and my dad did it in January. My brother in law is thinking about doing it in May. You mentioned above that we can order our cars anywhere in the country, so how does the delivery process work? If we live in NY and say ordered from you where does the car go and where is it delivered from?

Thank you all for help and opinions... I went back in and went over the ED price and everything again, with options and "dealer's fees" and it came out to $44k OTD.

I may have been able to get it a LITTLE cheaper if I traveled, or ordered online from a different state... but this is a really great dealership, and I won't have to worry about loaner cars or anything like that.
