Rear bumper paint blend in or replace bumper all together? Need advise

I sanded spots where paint was cracked in spider-web pattern from previous owner. I used 220 grit paper so far and the surface feels smooth, there were no dents in bumper. Here's 3 photos, you can zoom in a bit:

I have 3 choices to go and I would appreciate your advise on this matter:

1. Cheapest. For roughly $50 I can buy Alpine White III (code 300) spray paint can and clear coat can and some flexible primer for bumper and just blend it in. I'm just not sure what will be the end result as I'm not a professional.

2. Take it to a body shop and ask to blend it in. I may be looking at roughly $250-400 depending on the quality of job and whether they are going to sand down again and paint whole bumper or just blend it in spots I already sanded down.

3. Most expensive option. Buy some M3 replica aftermarket bumper (why settle for OEM if I'm replacing it anyway, might as well give it a aggressive look) and give it to body shop to paint in Alpine White. Roughly $1000 for new bumper and paint job.

What would you do in this case? Thank you

Try the DIY method and if it works out put the extra cash in savings.
