Lexus is250
Anyone on here come from a Lexus is250?? I'm looking to jump into a different brand for a while. Maybe someone can shed some light onto what sort of cars they are like to own.

While the 325 isn't something to brag about, my buddy who owns an IS250 and has extensively drove/tested a 325 would prefer the BMW no questions, stating that it's just a better car overall.

Only IS worth getting is ISF or at least an F-Sport 350, my mate had a 250 and it was just a car made for 65yo+. Comfortable ride with easy to use nav and entertainment system. Bland!

The speed factor doesn't really concern me I mean my 325 is no rocket ship anyways but just wanted to get an idea from people you have actually owned one for an extended period. |

I tore an old chap (old even compared to me) in an isf a new one 6 months ago, he came alongside me at the lights and gave me a look like 'hey there young fella ill show you what a bit of jap power can do' the next thing he knew was a couple of black tips getting very small very quick. overpriced carollas imho.

I had a IS200 IS300 and a IS250 for 3yrs before i bought the E92 335i
IS250 is very slow but well appointed and comfortable but you feel nothing in steering and road feel. Back seat is very tight, my coupe has more room. But when i drove my 335 for the first time, you feel connected and part of the car, steering feel, besides the extra power, the bmw handles a lot better and i had sport suspension in the lexus Something about bmw i love.

German cars will always be german cars IS350 will be ideal. But I guess the question is what is your budget and what are you looking for in a car?
