New mac and Itunes

I've bought a new mac mini and I would like to copy some of my playlists including the music in those playlists over from itunes on my windows pc. I have tried the export playlist option in itunes but this only seems to copy the title of playlist and no songs.

Could I somehow allow the guest profile on the mac to playback songs held on the main/admin profile?

Thanks in advance

to save all hassell i would just move the songs from the pc to a portable hard drive then onto the mac.

unless you are wanting to network them so you can play songs through the mac from the pc, which im 99.9% sure you can do ?

I've been using a portable HD to do the same, but it would be better if I could copy over specific playlists only so they show as is on the mac. Basically I want to play music in the office but use different playlists as opposed to the full library.

I aint really sure about that then, maybe you will just have to make the play lists up again i suppose.

sorry but you cant do that, playlist do not have the ability to be exported out like that, if you want a certain playlist I suggest either burn them onto a cd or dvdr and then upload to the mini mac

I managed to work it out the other night. Copied all the songs over I wanted from the playlists and also imported playlists. Magic, everything is organized and works perfectly
