Talking My Baby... She is Done!!

Hey All,
Picked up my car last night. Went in at 4pm and didn't leave the dealership until 8:30pm.

Took her to get tinting and chip protection this morning. Took about 4 hours total and love the work done.

Take a look and tell me what you think! If mother nature doesn't throw a wrench into tomorrow's weather, I'll see some of you at Looney's!

oh man, thats a beatiful car!! Well done. Hope your headlight output is still sufficient.

You better be well armed with leather cleaning products. I had the light beige interior which is darker than oyster. I was able to keep it looking new but i'm a detail fanatic. I have some good leather protection product which may help and I would recommend using it ASAP to help stains from setting in. Even jeans will leave blue on your leather.

Looking forward to putting your new suspension one!

my interior after 20k miles......before my M3 wheel which I LOVED.

Thank You Thank You!
Will definitely be in touch about the interior cleaning requirements. Never was a 'fanatic' but don't mind being one now! LOL.

The color just looked... right, when I was shopping for the car and now I'm very glad I went with it.

Looking forward to tomorrow night so I can actually meet you all. Will have pen and paper ready for the note taking!

Can't give a real 'butt-dyno' eval yet. Too damn scared cause omw home on 100 last night, I wasn't paying attn to the speedo (having too much fun listening to the radio, listening to the sound of the car and playing with all of the interior lighting) that I was up to 110 before I caught myself. Brakes work real well!!

On Saturday, I can give you all a better idea when I'm protected (and NOT on 100).

Bimdaddy,
I agree to a point. However, no matter what car I've had in the past (Qwik's bad karma here) every one of my cars have had their lens' damaged by road debris, human attacks and the such. Lens protection for me is not an option.

The color choice was a product of discussing this with the protection and tint installers for the overall feel of what I want the car to look like. Will give it a chance to live on the car for a bit and if I don't care for it, I'll swap it out for something more conservative. The uniqueness of this product on the lens' is that it looks dark but does not hamper the Xeon's or taillights capability to get the light out and onto the road. Both the window tint and lens covers are kind of an optical illusions.

Appreciate the opinions!

Just curious where are you in Balto? I see you have Russel frame on. I get my car serviced there for many years now. If you need a good SA, ask for Tom Wolff or Michelle Jackson. They will take good care of you, even with mods.
