caution
be extra careful with the plastic intake manifold vacuum line nipple, as it has broken on people before.

I'm like wth, I'm going to install this myself; I got instruction on how to and I'm bit confused on this part.
I don't know why there are two tubes... I don't know what "46" is |

46 is the dreaded Intake manifold vacuum line that i warned you about, the tube in your hand looks like the return tube for the DV's you need to take both those off and cap'em. Im sure you already did that though. I did see that you BOV tension screw is almost all the way screwed down, double check with ****** but from my understanding, that might cause you some problems people complain about potential boost leaks and what not.
BTW on the AA Bov we dont not connect anything to the back nipple on the Valve itself, just one vacuum line is connected to the front of the BOV, hope this helps

I capped the rear nipple, and ran the "front" to intake vacuum -- so far so good, everything seems fine, idle seems to be ok.... I'm going to install them DCI soon and most likely replace the bov with GReddy or HKS. The piping is awesome... so it's worth the money just for the piping alone.

hey just wondering, at idle, does the valve inside your BOV stay shut or stay open.
there have been many arguments on if it should or should not be open during idle. Mine stays open about a half inch until i rev and spool up, then it closes. Some people say it should be closed or else your losing some boost, Im not exactly sure though. and AA said it should be open a little.

Yeah man no need to run the rear nipple. I found out when I didn't use it the bov sounded better to me. Don't follow the instructionsprovided remove both dvs and cap off the intake pipe and run the one line from the top of the nipple.

yea on idle it says open, but I was installing my scoop and added better clamps for the BOV pipe yesterday and found this laying around -- I guess it came loose; I don't know if this is normal, I just twisted back on, but should I like super glue or JB weld it on ?? or contact vendor??
Don't mind the electrical tape lol, that was removed and clamp was added |

Just screw it back on tightly, thats only there to amplify the blow off sound to make it sound better, and go and get some better hoses instead of using the orange ones.
